Altieri Associate Promotions

We are pleased to announce the appointments of Dan DeSanctis, Sara Josephson, and Susan Fisher Plotner as Altieri’s newest Associates, effective January 1st, 2021! Dan, Sara, and Susan have distinguished themselves as firm leaders, dedicated to their crafts and to the growth of Altieri, while demonstrating the ability to inspire others. ⠀

Dan DeSanctis, a Mechanical Engineer who has been with us since 2012, has earned the respect of his supervisors, colleagues, and clients by virtue of his engineering competence, effective communication skills, and leadership of one of Altieri’s Initiative Teams. ⠀

Sara Josephson, also a Mechanical Engineer, has been with us since 2010. She has earned this Associate position through her exceptional engineering knowledge and her constant pursuit of excellence.⠀

Susan Fisher Plotner is our Director of Marketing and Business Development and has been with us since 2018. Susan’s leadership has had a huge impact on the way the firm approaches new business development. She has given us the tools to tell Altieri’s significant story, including (wearing her architectural photographer hat) great project images! ⠀
